Step 2: For those with insurance plans listed above, input insurance card details on the Headway portal via "TEXAS INSURANCE PORTAL" while booking your appointment. For those without insurance, please review the service charges prior to booking your appointment within the website scheduler.

Step 3: Submit intake details prior to scheduled visit to avoid delays in care.

Step 4: On the day of your appointment, you're able to click on "PATIENT PORTAL" on the webpage to assess your profile and join the session.

Step 5: Please check on the status of your prescriptions with your pharmacy and request refills through your Charm EHR patient portal.
